Red Bull F1 team has confirmed the hiring of Tom McCullough from Aston Martin to replace outgoing head of racing Gianpiero Lambiase.

Red Bull has confirmed that Tom McCullough, a long-time engineer at Aston Martin, will join the team as head of racing, replacing Gianpiero Lambiase who is set to depart for McLaren. Lambiase will become McLaren's chief racing officer by 2028, reporting to team principal Andrea Stella. somethingsdifferent.biz

The Briton currently serves in a dual role at Red Bull as Max Verstappen's race engineer while also fulfilling his head of racing duties. McCullough's appointment comes as Red Bull continues to strengthen its technical staff ahead of the upcoming racing season.
