Bills Sign Haynesworth, Waive Dalena

The Buffalo Bills have signed center Sincere Haynesworth and waived receiver Mac Dalena in a pair of roster moves.

Haynesworth, 25, is an undrafted free agent from 2024 who has spent time with the Saints, Patriots, and Cardinals but has not appeared in a regular-season game. He also played for the UFL's St. Louis Battlehawks in 2026.

The Bills have been dealing with injuries at center, so Haynesworth provides some depth at the position. Dalena joined the team in June after spending time with the Seahawks. newsindata.com
