In Edmonton, AEW Dynamite ended with Kyle Fletcher vacating the TNT Championship due to injury and Willow Nightingale successfully defending the TBS title against Queen Aminata.

Before the show, Tony Khan announced that Kyle Fletcher would vacate the TNT Championship because of injury, setting up a Casino Gauntlet match at Dynasty. Willow Nightingale defended the TBS Championship, pinning Queen Aminata in a match watched by Hikaru Shida. The event also featured a backstage brawl involving Will Ospreay, Jon Moxley and United Empire, and a faction clash in the main event between the Don Callis Family and Andrade El Idolo, Mark Davis, and Konosuke Takeshita.
