South Sydney Rabbitohs forward Jai Arrow made an emotional return to the NRL field, playing his 99th game for the club three months after announcing his retirement due to a motor neurone disease diagnosis.

Arrow, who was granted an NRL dispensation to appear, left the field to an emotional reception from teammates and fans. The 30-year-old had previously retired after being diagnosed with MND, leaving him on 98 appearances for the Rabbitohs.
