Baleba Joins United Amid Midfield Spending Spree

Manchester United have confirmed the signing of Cameroon international midfielder Carlos Baleba from Brighton for an initial fee of £65m.

The 22-year-old has signed a contract until 2031 with the option to extend by a year. Baleba, who described United as the 'club of my dreams', is the third midfielder to join the club this summer following Youri Tielemans and Andrey Santos.
