CBF agrees on US$1m World Cup bonuses for players

The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) has finalized negotiations for a US$1 million bonus per player should Brazil win the 2026 World Cup.

The CBF will pay approximately R$5.4 million (US$1 million) to each squad member if the team clinches a sixth title in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The federation's total investment in bonuses is projected to exceed R$135 million.

While FIFA rewards the winning team with US$50 million, the CBF is ensuring individual incentives for the players.
