Delap seals £45m Forest move from Chelsea

Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of striker Liam Delap from Chelsea in a club-record £45m deal. The 23-year-old has agreed to a five-year contract at Forest, his third club in three seasons after being told he was not part of Xabi Alonso's plans at Chelsea.

Forest's new manager Oliver Glasner made Delap a priority during the transfer window. The striker expressed excitement about his move, saying: "I really can't wait to get started.
