Giants Suspend Payments to Bader After Scooter Accident

The San Francisco Giants are suspending payments to Harrison Bader following a scooter accident that aggravated his season-ending foot injury.

The Giants announced the suspension after Bader was involved in an accident that delayed his recovery from plantar fasciitis. "We are still investigating the circumstances of the accident, but will be suspending payment until he is able to resume performing services for the club," said Giants President of Baseball Operations Buster Posey. xsportfeed.life

Bader, who signed a two-year, $20.5 million contract in January, has been sidelined since May 29. He appeared in 30 games before his injury, batting .170 with five home runs, as the Giants sit fourth in the NL West at 47-62.
