Mike Trout returned to the Angels’ lineup Tuesday after a hand injury in Sunday’s game, missing Monday’s series opener.

Trout was struck on the hand by a fastball in the Angels’ Sunday game against Seattle and missed the Monday opener against Atlanta. He rejoined the lineup for the Tuesday match, batting second and playing center field.
