Gabriel Zakuani helped the DRC recruit Aaron Wan-Bissaka after a secret meeting at a Costa Coffee in Purley.

The former Peterborough defender met manager Sébastien Desabre to scout talent. Wan-Bissaka was at Manchester United holding out for an England call-up, but Zakuani convinced his family to consider switching nationality to the DRC.
