After a week of resting, relaxing, and potentially retooling, the Golden State Warriors are back in action. They host the Boston Celtics tonight in a rematch of the 2022 NBA Finals, though both teams look different … and both teams are without their best player.

Here’s a look at the full injury report ahead of the clash.

Warriors

Out — Steph Curry (right patellofemoral pain syndrome)

Curry will miss his sixth consecutive game with runner’s knee. The hope had been that he would return before the All-Star break, and instead he’s sidelined coming out of it. That’s not good news, though the Warriors may be operating more cautiously than they would be if there were in a stronger playoff chase.

Out — Jimmy Butler III (right ACL surgery)

No new news on Butler, who underwent surgery earlier this month, and will be targeting a return sometime around the 2027 All-Star break.

Out — Seth Curry (left sciatic nerve irritation)

The younger Curry is in a little bit of a repeating circle of two-week re-evaluations. Hopefully he’s able to get on the court again at some point this year.

Questionable— Kristaps Porziņģis(left Achilles tendon injury management)

Porziņģis has only played in 17 games this year, and hasn’t taken the court since January 7. It seems like the expectation is that he’ll make his Warriors debut tonight, against the team he won the NBA Finals with in 2024.

Celtics

Out — Jayson Tatum (right Achilles repair)

The Celtics only have one player listed on the injury report, though it’s a very notable player. Tatum, widely viewed as one of the top 10 players in the NBA, hasn’t played since suffering an Achilles tear during the 2025 playoffs. Boston has performed much better than anyone anticipated with Tatum sidelined, and they’re hoping to get the star back before the playoffs.

Enjoy the game, Dub Nation. It tips off at 7:00 p.m. PT on Prime.
