Karl-Anthony Towns had 28 points and 11 rebounds as the New York Knicks defeated the Chicago Bulls 105-99 on Sunday night.

The Knicks secured their second straight victory while dealing the Bulls their ninth consecutive loss, Chicago's longest skid since January 2019. Jalen Brunson added 19 points and nine assists, hitting two crucial free throws to ice the game after Mikal Bridges' 3-pointer with 27 seconds remaining.

Towns, who recorded his NBA-leading 39th double-double, scored six straight points to help New York overcome an 18-point deficit. The Bulls were missing injured guards Jaden Ivey and Anfernee Simons, while the Knicks played without center Mitchell Robinson.
