Canada Curling Homan Beats U.S. for Bronze

Rachel Homan secured her first Olympic medal as Canada defeated the United States 10-7 to claim bronze in women's curling at Milano Cortina 2026.

Team Homan scored three in the eighth end to break the game open after Peterson's triple takeout attempt fell short. Homan made a perfect draw with her last shot to secure a three-point edge and an 8-5 lead.

The U.S. battled back in the ninth end with a deuce to close the gap, but Canada held on for the victory. This bronze medal is Canada's first in women's curling since Jennifer Jones won gold in Sochi 2014.
