Knicks rally past Rockets; Pistons, Spurs win

Brunson's clutch scoring helped the Knicks erase a late deficit, securing a 108-106 victory at Madison Square Garden. Karl-Anthony Towns added 25 points for New York, while Kevin Durant led Houston with 30 points despite 20 turnovers.

Elsewhere, the Detroit Pistons dominated the Bulls 126-110 for their fifth straight win, while the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Sacramento Kings 139-122. Victor Wembanyama contributed 28 points and 15 rebounds in the Spurs' victory.
