Rondale Moore Cause of Death Under Investigation

Former NFL wide receiver Rondale Moore died on Feb. 21 at the age of 25. Authorities are investigating the cause of death after he was found with a suspected self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Moore was discovered in a garage, and an autopsy has been scheduled for Sunday. The Floyd County Coroner is leading the investigation into the circumstances surrounding his passing.

The former Purdue standout and NFL Draft pick played for the Arizona Cardinals and Minnesota Vikings. Both the Vikings and the NFLPA have issued statements expressing deep sadness and offering condolences to his family.
