Georgio Poullas Speaks In Neck Brace After Arman Tsarukyan’s Attack At RAF 06

Georgio Poullas found out the hard way last night (Sat., Feb. 28, 2026) at RAF 06 in Tempe, Ari., that if you f—k around you will most certainly find out.

The former collegiate wrestler found himself in a co-main event matchup with No. 2-ranked UFC lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan. There wasn’t much background between the two, but that didn’t stop Poullas and Tsarukyan from exchanging a little trash talk during this week’s press conference. Tsarukyan was the favorite to take care of business when the real action started, but that didn’t stop Poullas from going for broke.

Throughout the match it appeared that Poullas was pushing Tsarukyan and slapping him in the head when the two got close (Tsarukyan’s corner was even complaining about Poullas throwing punches). It was a ballsy gameplan for Poullas considering Tsarukyan is one of the best mixed martial artists in the world today. The constant prodding is probably why Tsarukyan snapped after the match concluded and ambushed Poullas with a takedown and punch to the chin. Chaos broke loose and both teams brawled for a solid 30 seconds.

After the dust settled and all parties exited the mat, Poullas was spotted backstage in a neck brace sitting in an ambulance. It’s unknown if Poullas suffered any serious injuries during the attack, but it’s certainly not a good look for Team Tsarukyan. Poullas had some choice words for Tsarukyan and his crew.

“Unfortunately I was jumped, but as you guys saw my 62-year-old dad and both my brothers came to my rescue,” said Poullas (shown in the above video player). “That’s the way we were brought up. To fight for each other no matter what. We were outnumbered by like 12 Armenians and they came out there running, fighting with me.

“To Arman, you’re a little b—ch. And by the way, I’m the only one that got a takedown. I’m still the champ baby.”

Tsarukyan, who is no stranger to sucker punching fans and fighters, was not too remorseful after the incident. The high-ranked UFC contender had one simple message for Poullas and anyone else looking to poke the bear.

“F—k around and find out,” wrote Tsarukyan via X.
