Shaw's Tip Lifts BC Past Wake Forest

Aidan Shaw tipped in a missed shot with 0.5 seconds remaining, giving Boston College a 68-67 victory over Wake Forest and ending the Eagles' eight-game losing streak.

Fred Payne led Boston College with 23 points, while Shaw finished with 11 points including the game-winner. The Eagles took a 64-56 lead with 1:42 remaining but wouldn't score again until Shaw's tip.

Juke Harris scored a career-high 38 points for Wake Forest, including back-to-back 3-pointers that gave the Demon Deacons their first lead of the second half with 18.8 seconds remaining.
