The NFL’s attempt to keep the 2026 NFLPA report cards private failed when Kalyn Kahler of ESPN.com posted the full array of letter grades for all 32 teams. The leak came after an arbitrator ruled that the NFLPA could create and share the cards with players but must keep them from the public.
Based on 1,759 player responses collected between November 2 and December 11, the grades cover topics such as family treatment, home‑game field, food and dining, nutrition staff, locker rooms, training facilities, weight rooms, strength coaches, position coaches, and offensive coordinators. The leaked cards include only the letter grades, omitting the detailed comments that appeared in earlier releases.
