Leaked NFLPA Report Cards Reveal 2026 Team Grades

The NFL's attempt to prevent the public release of NFLPA report cards was unsuccessful, as ESPN has published the full array of letter grades for all 32 teams. Despite the NFL winning a grievance that blocked the NFLPA from officially publishing the results, the report cards based on 1,759 player responses have now been leaked.

The leaked document contains letter grades across categories including treatment of families, facilities, coaching staff, management, and ownership. New categories for 2026 include home game field, position coaches, the three coordinators, and General Manager, though detailed comments that accompanied previous versions are not included in the leak.
