Stewart Leads Mist to Unrivaled Championship Win

Breanna Stewart powered the Mist to an 80-74 victory over Kelsey Plum and the top-seeded Phantom in the Unrivaled championship game, securing a $100,000 prize for each player.

The Mist overcame a 2-0 regular season deficit against the Phantom to capture the title in Unrivaled's second season. Stewart's 32 points, including a 10-0 run in the third quarter, proved decisive as the Mist surged ahead after halftime.

Despite Plum's playoff-record 40 points, including 18 in the first quarter alone, the Phantom couldn't maintain offensive consistency. The Mist's balanced attack, with Arike Ogunbowale adding 19 points off the bench, was enough to secure the championship and the $600,000 total prize pool.
