Mariners Lose 7-6 to Angels in Spring Training Comeback

The Seattle Mariners dropped a 7-6 decision to the Los Angeles Angels in spring training, surrendering a late lead in the ninth inning.

Angels starter George Klassen was dominant, allowing two solo home runs to Patrick Wisdom and Rhylan Thomas but striking out four. Bryan Woo pitched well through the first two innings but faltered in the third, allowing two runs before exiting.

The bullpen collapsed in the ninth inning, allowing three runs to seal the 7-6 win for Anaheim. Casey Legumina also struggled later in the game, surrendering a two-run homer.
