Nebraska continued their strong weekend performance with an 8-2 victory over Texas A&M on unique slow pitch softball fields with makeshift walls. The Huskers broke through in the third inning with Lauren Camenzind reaching on an error, followed by Jordy Frahm's RBI single, Hannah Camenzind's double, and Ava Kuszak's RBI double to open the scoring.
Nebraska improves to 3-0 on the weekend after defeating South Carolina and Hawaii in run-rule fashion on Friday. The team continues play tomorrow with a double header scheduled as they build momentum in the early season.
